
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a delay or fault on our end.
3. Product Returns (Hot Tubs/Solar Equipment)
Installed products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery. Uninstalled items may be returned within 7 days in original condition and packaging, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
4. Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue.
5. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
